Here we explain in detail how our gift vouchers work.
What do the gift vouchers include?
With our vouchers you are buying a romantic getaway for two in a Suite with a Hot Tub at any of our four hotels. The vouchers include special welcome touches in the room. You will be gifting an unforgettable romantic experience, perfect as a surprise for your partner or for friends and family. If you wish, alongside your order confirmation email we will also send you a gift voucher in PDF, with no price shown, so you can hand or send it to the lucky recipient.
How long are the vouchers valid for?
All of our vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
Do I have to choose a date when I buy the voucher?
When you buy the voucher you do not have to set any date. You can arrange it flexibly later, once you both know when you would like to come and enjoy the getaway. So for now you simply purchase the voucher, and you can settle the date with complete peace of mind and flexibility over the following two years.
On which dates can they be redeemed?
You have the flexibility to choose the date on which you would like to redeem the voucher. Any excluded dates are detailed on each individual voucher.
How do I arrange the date to redeem the voucher?
Once you have decided when you would like to come, simply get in touch with us by phone or email and we will book your Suite for you.
How far in advance should I arrange the date?
We recommend doing so at least two weeks in advance. You can also arrange it months ahead if you have already decided when you would like to come.
If for some reason the voucher cannot be used, can it be refunded?
The vouchers are non-refundable, so a refund is not possible. But with an extra-long validity of 2 years you are sure to find a date when you can come and enjoy your stay. The vouchers are also transferable, so you can give it to someone else to enjoy the getaway with their partner if you are unable to.
Once the redemption date is set, can it be changed?
No problem at all if you have already set the date but wish to change it. Just let us know at least five days in advance and we will change your date. It is that easy.
At which hotels can the vouchers be redeemed?
You can redeem the vouchers at any of our four hotels. All of them have beautiful Suites with a Hot Tub of the same quality and comfort. Each hotel has its own character, so choose the one you like best. They are all small hotels that offer our guests plenty of intimacy, privacy and romance.
